Easy Banana Coconut Date Bites

These are so easy to make and will really feel like you are indulging but these no bake treats are full of nutrients and will give you sustained energy. And they work for all the special diets in the family. They store well in the freezer for months, so feel free to double the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup of oats
3/4 cup of almonds
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of dates
1 banana
1/4 cup of almond butter or chocolate expresso butter
1 TSP of coconut oil
coconut flakes
Combine the first three dry ingredients in a food processor. Process until crumbly or a flour-like consistency. Then add remaining wet ingredients (except coconut flakes) and blend until well combined. Roll into balls and coat in coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least an hour or freezer for long term. You should get a dozen balls from his recipe.
