Sushi is known as a form of authentic Japanese food, that often doesn't appeal to the American palate. But for me, sushi is my go-to option for dinner, and easily one of my favorite types of food. After my recent trip to Japan, a little over a year ago, I've really opened my eyes up to whole new types of sushi, such as eel, ikura, and uni, which is sea urchin. One Japanese restaurant in America (Water Mill, NY) that I would have to recommend is Suki Zuki, in Watermill. Their Spicy Tuna Sandwich is to die for, and one of the most unique sushi rolls I've ever eaten. It is triangle shaped and has the perfect blend of tempura flakes, rice, spice and best with spicy mayo on the side.
