Prepping Ahead: Garlic & Parsley

Many of our recipes require parsley and garlic. You can plan ahead before a workout or just after getting kids to school by pre washing and chopping so a healthy dinner can be ready in a pinch. Add olive oil to grated garlic to keep it from drying out when time to cook.
