
We all have the occasional or maybe very frequent craving for something sweet, so instead of reaching for a pack of cookies, satisfy the craving with a warm tasty cake in minutes!
This great "cake" for the vegan teen is also a great after-school snack and was created by 12-year-old Sabina.

Ingredients --
- 1 TBSP protein powder
- 2 TBSP cocoa powder - 2 TBSP coconut flour - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1 organic egg (or egg replacer) - 1/2 cup almond milk - 3 TBSP chocolate chips
In a mug combine protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder. Add egg and almond milk and whisk together. Top with chocolate chips. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
