
If you're gluten-free, trying to eliminate sugar, looking for healthy alternatives, or none of the above, this fudge won't make you long for the real thing. It is fudgy and delicious without any added sugar. No baking required.
Ingredients
1 cup of dates
1 TBSP of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of tahini
1/2 tsp of salt
sesame seeds to spinkle after
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a small glass casserole, spread evenly, sprinkle with sesame seeds and refrigerate for at least an hour. Keep refrigerated and eat as you like.
