Vegan, gluten-free and super refreshing, these matcha popsicles pack a lot of flavor and an energy boost without added sugar. A healthy snack or dessert your guests or kids will see as a treat.
1 tbsp Matcha mix
1 ripe avocado
1 of cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
juice of one small lime

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet and mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle mold.
Freeze for a couple hours or overnight.
squeeze out of molds and enjoy.
