Matcha Popsicles

Vegan, gluten-free and super refreshing, these matcha popsicles pack a lot of flavor and an energy boost without added sugar. A healthy snack or dessert your guests or kids will see as a treat.

  • 1 tbsp Matcha mix

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 of cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • juice of one small lime

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle mold.

  3. Freeze for a couple hours or overnight.

  4. squeeze out of molds and enjoy.
